Terms and Conditions for Sales Agent Registration

1. Eligibility
   To apply as a Sales Agent for Corsini Philippines, applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued ID, TIN ID, and, if available, an NBI clearance.

2. Application Verification
   By submitting the registration form, you authorize Corsini Philippines to verify the information provided, including but not limited to your personal details, documents, and qualifications.

3. Sales Performance
   Sales Agents are expected to promote and sell Corsini Philippines products (such as Wall Art Decor, Trophies, Plaques, Kitchen Modular Cabinets, and Glass Art Products) effectively and professionally. Sales Agents are not employees of Corsini Philippines but are independent contractors working on a commission basis.

4. Commission Structure
   Corsini Philippines offers a competitive commission structure for successful sales made by the agent. Details of the commission rates will be provided upon approval and training.

5. Confidentiality
   Sales Agents agree to keep any confidential or proprietary information related to Corsini Philippines, including product details, pricing, and marketing strategies, confidential and not share it with unauthorized parties.

6. Training and Support
   Corsini Philippines will provide free video training to help Sales Agents get started. Agents are expected to engage in training and apply the knowledge to their sales activities.

7. Document Submission
   Sales Agents are required to submit a valid government-issued ID, TIN ID, and NBI Clearance (if available) as part of the registration process. Failure to provide these documents may result in disqualification.

8. Compliance with Laws
   Sales Agents must comply with all local laws and regulations governing sales, marketing, and business practices.

9. Termination
   Corsini Philippines reserves the right to terminate the contract or relationship with any Sales Agent who violates these terms and conditions or fails to perform the required duties. Either party may terminate the relationship at any time with written notice.

10. Indemnity
    By applying, Sales Agents agree to indemnify and hold Corsini Philippines harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their sales activities.

11. Modification of Terms
    Corsini Philippines reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Sales Agent, and continued participation will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
