a. A 50% downpayment is required upon confirmation of all orders.

b. The remaining balance must be settled when the product is picked up from any Corsini Philippines branch or before delivery.

c. Payments made on the website must be completed through our secure payment systems. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions must be verified. Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your orders within the specified timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Corsini Philippines is not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors beyond our control.

8. Return & Refund Policy
At Corsini Philippines, we offer high-quality customized and non-customized products. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully:

a. Customized Products (Plaques, Trophies, Glasswork, Kitchen Modular Cabinets, TV Consoles)

All customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the project is completed. This includes plaques, trophies, glasswork, kitchen modular cabinets, and TV consoles, where the design is based on customer specifications.

In cases of manufacturing defects or errors in customization (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong design), we will offer a free replacement or repair. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product so we can address the issue promptly.

For large custom projects (e.g., kitchen modular cabinets, TV consoles), if any part is damaged due to our fault during production or installation, we will repair or replace the specific part at no additional cost. However, removal or uninstallation of completed projects will not be entertained.

However, if the damage is due to external factors or customer handling, the repair or replacement will incur an additional charge of 30%, or the fee will be based on the condition of the damage.

b. Non-Customized Products

For non-customized products (designs created by Corsini Philippines), returns and refunds are also not allowed.

If the damage or issue is caused by the company, we will offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

However, if the damage is due to external factors or customer handling, the repair or replacement will incur an additional charge of 30%, or the fee will be based on the condition of the damage.

c. Non-Returnable Conditions

Products that have been assembled, altered, or show signs of wear and tear after delivery or installation are non-returnable. This applies to both customized and non-customized items.
